Family preparation
1–3 daysWe coach the team privately: who speaks, what they say, what the boundaries are, and how to respond to every answer your loved one might give.

The intervention
Day ofA structured, calm, professionally led meeting. No ambush, no shouting. Our interventionist is in the room to keep it safe and on course.

Transport when they agree
Within hoursBed confirmed in advance. When they say yes, a bag is already packed and a companion travels with them directly to the facility.

Family recovery
12 monthsTwelve months of case management and family coaching, because the household has to change too for the recovery to hold.

03 — What we do
One team from preparation to family coaching afterward.
$2,750 local package: family preparation, intervention planning, treatment placement assistance, admissions coordination, and twelve months of family coaching afterward. Sober escort, travel outside our local service area, and treatment program costs are separate.
We help you understand what your health plan covers for treatment. The intervention fee itself is paid privately and is not billed to insurance.

We are a small, deliberately unscaled practice. There is no call center and no handoff to a junior associate. Christopher and Benjamin founded Intervention NY to bring families the same hands-on guidance they wish more families had access to.
