12 months of family coaching

One city. Your family’s next step.

Our professional drug and alcohol interventionists help parents, spouses, adult children, and other family members across New York City. Start with your borough, or contact us when the people involved live in different parts of the city.

Planning across the five boroughs

Before choosing a date, discuss who needs to be involved, where each person will be coming from, and what they can realistically commit to. A family spread across several boroughs may need to coordinate work, caregiving, and travel. Bring those questions to the first conversation rather than assuming everyone can meet at short notice.

An intervention is more than gathering people in a room. Family preparation helps clarify specific concerns, shared expectations, and the next steps you want to discuss. Scheduling is agreed with the team; this page does not promise same-day availability or a particular meeting venue.

Considering treatment next steps

Treatment placement assistance and admissions coordination are included in our package. The receiving treatment provider makes clinical and admission decisions, confirms availability, and explains its own costs. An intervention does not guarantee that a person will accept help or that a provider will admit them.

If accompanied travel is needed, discuss sober escort options separately. Our base is in Mahopac, Putnam County—not an NYC office. The city and state resources below can also help families explore treatment and support without assuming a relationship with our team.

Questions NYC families ask

Does the $2,750 local package apply in all five boroughs?

Yes. The local package applies in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. It includes family preparation, intervention planning, treatment placement assistance, admissions coordination, and twelve months of family coaching afterward. Sober escort, out-of-area travel, and treatment costs are separate.

Do you have an office in New York City?

Our base is in Mahopac, Putnam County. We help families across all five NYC boroughs; we do not claim a city office.

Which borough page should I use?

Start with the borough relevant to your family. If the people involved live in different boroughs, discuss the whole situation with us rather than choosing a meeting location before planning.

How soon can we schedule an intervention?

Contact us to discuss scheduling. The plan depends on family preparation and the next steps being considered. We do not promise same-day planning, a fixed travel time, or a guaranteed admission.

Is the intervention fee covered by insurance?

The intervention fee is paid privately and is not billed to insurance. We help families understand treatment benefits, but the receiving provider must confirm coverage, availability, and its own charges.

Where can we look for treatment or family support?

The NYC and New York State resources listed here provide starting points for treatment and crisis support. Treatment can be explored without hiring a private interventionist. These links do not imply a partnership or guarantee admission.

We help you understand what your health plan covers for treatment. The intervention fee itself is paid privately and is not billed to insurance.
